The Imm Fusion Sukhumvit Hotel offers great value for the money. They have a big, kind of oriental palace like reception area.
The rooms are clean and stylish, and the prices are around $30 per night (though this depends on rooms and when you book – sometimes they have promotions with even lower rates, or if you want more upscale rooms you have to pay more of course). Included is a free buffett breakfast – which is quite nice: lots of choice, fresh fruits, breads, croissants, jam, juices, coffee, tea, milk and so on.
The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they also have a pretty cheap in-house massage-service.
